At present， there is a lack of unified and standardized management for the rational use of national key monitoring drugs. According to the relevant requirements of the state， based on the relevant literature published at home and abroad in recent years and combined with the management practice of many medical institutions across the country on the national key monitoring drugs， in order to make the national key monitoring drugs more reasonable use and standardized management in medical institutions at all levels， the Clinical Pharmacy Branch of the Chinese Medical Association， the Pharmaceutical Epidemiology Special Committee of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association and the Pharmaceutical Epidemiology Special Committee of the Sichuan Pharmaceutical Association organized experts to fully discuss， and to form this management standard. This standard mainly provides relevant opinions and suggestions on the basic principles of rational use of key monitoring drugs and the regulatory measures for key monitoring drugs， especially on how to strengthen the pharmaceutical management and use management of key monitoring drugs， further promoting the standardized use of key monitoring drugs.

Heart failure is a common clinical syndrome and a global health priority. The burden of heart failure is increasing at an alarming rate worldwide as well as in India. Heart failure not only increases the risk of mortality, morbidity and worsens the patient’s quality of life, but also puts a huge burden on the overall healthcare system. The management of heart failure has evolved over the years with the advent of new drugs and devices. This document has been developed with an objective to provide standard management guidance and simple heart failure algorithms to aid Indian clinicians in their daily practice. It would also inform the clinicians on the latest evidence in heart failure and provide guidance to recognize and diagnose chronic heart failure early and optimize management.

Study on the standard of quality and safety management for clinical blood transfusion service / 中华医院管理杂志

This study aimed at developing restraint standards for quality and safety of blood transfusion services for blood transfusion administration in clinical blood use, as well as such issues before, during and after transfusion. Such means as literature analysis, blood transfusion adverse event analysis, and system standard interpretation were used to study these issues found in clinical blood use at home and abroad, with key points identified according to the universality, high-prevalence rate, criticality and impact degree. A standard framework is established centering on transfusion service and key points as nodes. Hence a standard text comes into being, comprising four sections and 20 key points.

Design of standard system framework for hospital quality and safety management in China / 中华医院管理杂志

A comprehensive literature review on medical quality and safety at home and abroad in recent years, rounded up cases of medical risks, quality defects and medical injuries faced by medical institutions. With reference to domestic and overseas experiences on standardization, the authors created the" Hospital Quality and Safety Management" of Chinese Hospitals Association, as institutional standard system framework and a system table. These contents comprise four parts and 62 sections, including general principles, patient service, medical support and medical management.

Application of ISO9001 Quality Management Standards in the Construction of Clinical Drug Trial Institution / 中国药房

OBJECTIVE:To guarantee the quality of the clinical drug trial and to ensure the interests of the subjects.ME- THODS:The basic principles,procedures and methods of ISO9001quality management standards were applied in the whole construction of clinical drug trial institution.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:The construction of clinical drug trial institution based on the ISO9001quality management standards was in conformity with the principle of Good Clinical Practice,which was helpful for the guarantee of the quality of clinical drug trial and the interests the subjects.

The paper offers proposals for the structure, composition and main responsibilities of the centers for hospital information management, posts setting and post responsibilities in the centers, the number of allocated personnel in the centers and the number of personnel required for various posts, and management standards and operating procedures in the centers.
